Wisdom teeth are the last molars, or third molar, that develop in human mouths. Really, getting your wisdom teeth removed isn't all that bad. Let me tell you my experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was 13 years old, and my wisdom teeth were still small and underdeveloped, but I was getting braces put on so I had them removed. I went to an oral surgeon and he performed the removal surgery while I was sleeping happily under general anesthesia. I woke up about an hour later in a recliner and my mom drove me home. After I got home from my wisdom teeth removal I just took it easy, watched T.V., and got to eat all the ice cream shakes, smoothies, soup, and jello I wanted for the next few days! This situation was like heaven for my 13-year-old self. Granted my cheeks swelled up a bit from getting my wisdom teeth out, but I just took a few Advils to ease the pain and swelling. I thankfully got them out early and never had to deal with impacted wisdom teeth!
