And if you dont have a dog, you could do what I do. First thing every morning, as soon as I get up and prior to breakfast, I go for a walk for between 30 mins to an hour. I put my walking shoes by the side of the bed each night, then set the alarm a bit earlier. I also set the alarm for around Forty five minutes sooner than usual. I really do feel better for having this early morning walk, listening to a few mp3 recordings! Do whatever you can think of from now on, in order to keep your activity level high. In the long run, you will feel so much better - I guarantee you.
