My initial race back for the year was a Spartan military Sprint. I've not been able to acquire in any running or obstacle coaching and paid the price. I nonetheless ran a decent race and placed second in my age group, only behind Hobie Call who won the race, but I was not happy with my performance. Spartan Race day:
Race day started early at 6 AM. I left the residence about 6:30 for my drive to your Colorado Springs. Yet, it was excellent because we made it a family event. My wife Amy ran her initially Spartan Race, finishing 5th in her age division and my son Bryce ran his first junior Spartan Race and finished 1st for the boys division. It was terrific seeing them do so properly.
