I'm sure that you have heard the phrase, "the cash is in the list." In reality, I am a huge believer in that phrase. However, you can't make any money if you don't have a list. So, here are some techniques that I personally use to get more leads every day I'm on the internet:
1. Article marketing. This technique is at the top part of my "to try and do" list to get more leads. You see, when you write an article and submit it to the various article directories, you're doing much a lot more than just driving traffic for a website. The truth is, you are building relationships with real people who are looking for solutions to their problems and also helps them get more leads.
2. Social media. This would have to be number two on my list to get more leads since it is kind of tricky to do. However, there is a huge number of people who are successfully establishing little social web pages that target a specific topic to generate leads to their very own businesses. But, from my testing and tracking, this technique performs better if you build some page rank for a web pages. Simply create a web page about your topic and write articles linking to that page. Over time, if you ever properly use anchor text, your page rank will increase and so will your lead generation to produce more leads.
3. Social networking with Facebook. There is a very specific way to use this traffic technique and if you get it wrong, I suggest that you don't use it. However, if you get it right, you could easily get more leads that are extremely targeted towards you niche topic. To do this, simply create a fan page that represents who your are and how you can help people. The thought is that you want to show people what your business is all about. The steps for this method include, writing a compelling headline for you fan page, write a story about you, and post relevant content to your fans. Furthermore, just remember to are being very humble with your posts because people don't like being spammed.
My advice with this traffic building technique is to be as professional as possible. Your image is on the road here. So, just remember to post good content and are extremely helpful to your fans. This will definitely help you generate more leads to your business.
