MLM leaders arent part of a clandestine order with funny handshakes ; and they dont have hidden secrets. What all of them know and have is something that new network marketers dont have and thats simply called experience.
How did they get to be Where they are Now?
Number one and this is most critical, they treat their companies like a job -this is the way they earn their living. They take their businesses seriously, it is not part time thing, and they dont look on it as a past-time. They know that by investing their time and cash into their business, although they might have only invested a few hundred bucks to get started, it is what they want to do, and how they finally mean to earn a large revenue. They have the entrepreneurial perspective. That is a serious part of it. They try hard, and they never say die.
These entrepreneurs start their enterprises with a plan under consideration. They set out with a conspicuous goal and they work continuously toward that goal. Their goals are pragmatic ; they know that setting unrealistic goals can only end in disgruntlement and failure. Theyre stalwart and work terribly hard and do whatever is critical to achieve the success they want.
The heavy hitters in the MLM industry have taken years in a few cases to build their companies to where they are now, a few of them may have failed at the beginning, but because they have the entrepreneurial spirit, they started over knowing that theyre going to succeed. They have got a positive outlook. They like long percentages. They learn from their mistakes.
MLM leaders work extremely hard. Many of them say they telecommute, but frequently spend many days away from home. Many of them like to suggest that they do not work very hard, when in reality they eat, live and breathe their businesses.
The most successful leaders in the sector understand that sponsoring and recruiting is the fundamental way to earn money, therefore theyll spend 80 to 90% of their time sponsoring and recruiting. Thats the entire MLM financial model. Youre paid for selling goods, and there is only so much product you can sell yourself, so by having an enormous team of distributors beneath you also selling stuff, you are leveraging those other folks time to your benefit.

What will happen if the company youve chosen to work for suddenly goes out of business? Have you thought about what you will do then?
It would appear that if there is a secret to becoming a top MLM leader, its understanding how to be an entrepreneur. These folks will overcome all barriers to achieve success. Their main focus is always on selling and improving their companies. On a daily basis they are going to be preparing or promoting their opportunity to others and planning maybe a year ahead. The best MLM leaders are worried about the success of their teams too ; they know that their down lines success can benefit everyone troubled.
