Whenever i became a General Contractor. I would build large projects with Developers. I'm in command of 95% of the actual construction for the whole project. The developer hired us because we're the ideal at whatever we did.
The Developer didn't know much about construction but he did learn how to hire us for the reason that expert. He didn't handle one of the headaches, overhead & liability that many of us did yet made as much than us for executing a fracture in the work. Here's what I've learned through this experience.
Partner through an EXPERT. DON'T Reinvent the Wheel! Function as the Developer not the General Contractor.
