7. In Phases 2 and three, I didn't want to produce all those different salads for lunch, so I just stuck with the microgreen salad every day.
8. I didn't treatment for the snack alternatives, so I went with a Larabar for my afternoon snack (can get at most grocery stores - www.larabar.com) on days I didn't use Shakeology.
9. Chia seeds are great to put in your salad.
10. The official Beachbody recommendation regarding Shakeology is as follows:
Week 1: full scoop for breakfast only w/ unsweetened almond milk
Week 2: 1/2 scoop for breakfast only (I assume this is in addition to the other breakfast foods) w/ unsweetened almond milk
Week three: 1/2 a scoop for a snack only w/ unsweetened almond milk
I was unaware of these guidelines prior to the Reset and drank Shakeology for the 1st two weeks every afternoon for a snack with unsweetened almond milk. To the 3rd week I didn't want to just have 1/2 scoop, so I had a Larabar every day afternoon.

13. Download the shopping lists to get started. I recommend making an initial trip to Whole Foods 1-2 weeks prior for the spices, nuts, oils, nut butters, etc. that you need. Then, you'll need an increased trip 1-2 days prior to starting the Reset and many times in the course of.
