1) Warm palming method: This method is simple. Rub your hands for few seconds and close your eyes. Place your warm palms on your eyes for few minutes. Try to feel relaxed and don't think about anything. Start gentle messaging your eyes with palms without exerting any pressure. Repeat this procedure few times in a day whenever your eyes feel tired and strained.
2) Pencil focus method: You will need a pencil in this experiment. Take pencil in your right hand and put it in front of your eyes at a distance equal to your arm length. Then focus entirely on the pencil. After this slowly bring the pencil closer to your eyes. Try to look at the pencil head until you no longer able to focus. Then slowly bring back the pencil to its original position without losing focus. Repeat this procedure for 10-15 minutes in a day. You will see your eyesight is getting improved day by day.
