Can you imagine having 11 ways to release (for lack of a better word)? The 11 different orgasms are mentioned are: The Clitoral Orgasm, The Vaginal Orgasm, The G-Spot Orgasm, The Squirting Orgasm, The A-Spot Orgasm, The Deep Spot Orgasm, The U-Spot Orgasm, The Breast Orgasm, The Oral Orgasm, The Skin Orgasm, and The Mental Orgasm.
What's even stranger is that there are so many women that claim they have never experienced any type of orgasm at all. You read about it all the time in the forums online. You hear it from your girlfriends. You hear on the job. This problem seems to be everywhere. Now that is truly sad!
Now they say a woman is capable of reaching orgasms through simple exercises called Kegels. Basically what Kegel exercises do is strengthen your vaginal muscles. To explain Kegel exercises, let's do it this way. Imagine you are in traffic and you got to pee real badly, but you hold your butt real tight and try not to even let a drop slip out. The muscle you used to hold that pee and release, keep doing that off and on and you have what is called a Kegel exercise.
It has been said that some of the main reasons some women are incapable of reaching orgasm is because of lack of exercise, stress, growing age, being overweight, and many other factors. This sounds like a bit much. But if you look at it closely..."Good health always makes sense" whether it has to do with having an orgasm or not. Like they say "Your Health is Your Wealth".
