You need to understand how your body works so you can accomplish your goal. First, weight yourself and take that number and multiply it by 10 . For example if your weight is 250.00 lbs your 10 is 25 lbs. This is your first task of losing your first 10 . All your concentration is in the 25 lbs you need to loose, not 60 lbs or any other amount. Just the 25lbs and this will make it seem easier for you.

Start by eating the only recommended calories, which is 1,500 calories per day. This can be anything you want of course you cannot eat more than 1,500 calories per day. I know what your thinking “I’m going to starve” well I got news for you. You will not starve to and your body will adjust to this amount of calories. Another thing you need to do is have no less than 6 glasses 20oz of water. The more the better, this is going to do two things for you. The first, when your drinking water all day your stomach is going to be full with water and it will tame your hunger back. Second, when you are actually eating have water with your food. You will get satisfied faster and it will keep you in the 1,500 calories.

Vegetable soup is the best for keeping you under the require calorie count. Salads pound the lettuce and do not eat the yoke on eggs in the morning. When having eggs have all whites and double the eggs. What I mean is if you normally eat two eggs in the morning, substitute that with four whites. Stay away from mayonnaise, this stuff is so bad for your diet you have to just keep away from it.

Exercise as much as you can. This will allow you to burn calories and eat more to replenish the calories you ate. Start with cardio, like walking, jogging and the best of them all for cardio is the stair climber. The stair climber will make you burn double the calories because it is so good for you. Keep in mind that all people can lose weight with a 1,500 calories a day. No it’s unsafe to eat less than 1,200 calories, I want you to eat your full 1,500 calories per day. If you work out look up how many calories you burn and eat those calories it’s just like a reward for yourself.

Keeping up with this diet you can loose a lot of weight. Because your body is going to burn up all the fat faster and more efficiently because you are eating right and working out. When you have to eat at a restaurant eat something before you go and know what are you going order before you arrive. If you are having trouble with cheating, just close your eyes and imagine yourself skinny and how well you look. Ask yourself is it worth it cheating yourself.
