A writer should possess some characteristics of good writing. Only, if they know what are these characteristics are and for them to practice it along the way. As what I’ve said together with our previous discussions, writing can be a tough job and should always have a lot of things that needs to be considered. And you will surely find some hard time writing about the topic that was given unto you. Therefore you should always be prepared on whatever situations that will come. This includes the writing process and your ability to handle it.

Generally, a writer must learn the write way of dealing with grammars and how the concept of his or her topic takes place. If you are now well verse with writing, let me introduce you to conversational grammar for writing. Never heard of it? This is a new technique in order to make your contents livelier and a well written one. A writer must have the ability to make their contents factual and which also catches the attention of his or her readers which will make them feel interested about the topic.

Some people avoid practicing their writing skills (or attending grammar class, for that matter) by dismissing it as an unnecessary. After all, if you are a native English speaker, you probably know enough of the language to get by till the end of your days.

Problem is that most conversational grammar, whether in English or other languages, is hardly the most ideal to set down to paper. Sure, there’s immense value in sounding natural. However, you have to temper it with accompanying finesse. Some of the things you can easily communicate during a regular conversation simply don’t allow themselves to manifest when you’re working with the written word.

During a typical conversation, you communicate not just with words, but with numerous non verbal cues, including the tone of your voice, the pace with which you speak, facial gestures, body language and more. All those things come together to help move face to face communication forward, each piece usually making up for anything the other may be missing.

For instance, even if you formulate your sentences badly, your gestures and actions will all help communicate your message, such that any confusion may be resolved by all those other things. In written form, you get none of those benefits. For the reader to appreciate whatever you are communicating, they will have to rely on the clarity of what you have written.

If you neglected improving your writing for the immature notion that you can naturally communicate on paper just as well as you do verbally, a writing software will prove of immeasurable value. Using one, you can write emails and various types of text in any manner you’re comfortable with, allowing the software to do the rest of the job, cleaning it up and giving it a stronger voice.

Don’t rely on conversational grammar to serve you when it comes to written words. Use the proper writing tool and you’ll sound like you never missed a day of grammar school.
