There are a lot of shopping malls, specialized hospitals, resorts, and office complexes, and they are all need to be operated by managers and employees in order to operate smoothly. Have you ever wondered what goes inside of these complexes? A business is essentially made by its employees, and of course managers. In retrospect, a company has many different departments and each part of the company needs to communicated and work together to make the company/business successful. When all this happens it will run like a well oiled machine.
As you might expect it would not be practical for a company to have everyone multi-tasking all day long. That would be a horrible way to run a business and tasks would simply not get done very efficiently. More importantly, your employees would not stay with you for long. However, there might be a different part of the company that manages how they are going to market their company. As you can see there are commonly a lot of different parts of a company.
Also, each complex will have an electrical system or a generator in case they lose power they will not have a lot of down time. Down time could essentially bury a business. You have to be prepared for the worst when you operate a company. The complex will also have a computer system, along with IT professionals that know their computer systems like the back of their hands. Another area which is commonly overlooked is the maintenance or cleaning which will keep everything tidy.
As you can clearly see that coordination is a vital part to any business/complex. It does take a certain amount know how and skill to operate a business. Even more demanding is you have to know how to handle problems when they occur. Ask anyone managing is a very tedious and skilled profession. A skilled management staff can make or break a business. Even more importantly, picking the right team to handle each area of work is very important so that a company does in fact run smoothly. It is a fast paced world, and good managers and employees are in high demand.
