They will even pay travel expenses for you while you relocate to the desired state. Lodgings and weekly food budget is paid out to you as well as your hourly wages.
With very minimal to no late hours or weekend shifts, you may find yourself free to sight see and enjoy the local activities. If you find yourself missing your spouse and loved ones, you are free to bring them along, however their travel costs will not be paid. When you decide you wish to take on a different location, papers will be faxed to you, when you have agreed to it, your travel arrangements will be made for you.
When you work thirty to forty hours a week, you are entitled to vacation bonuses beginning at approximately fifteen hundred dollars. In place is a License Reciprocity Reimbursement Program, in which pharmacists may chose to purchase pharmacy licenses in the state that you are working in. If you have worked a minimum of five hundred and twenty hours, you may be eligible to receive four hundred dollars back for any license you chose to purchase. As a result you can have licenses for each state that you work in.
One thing that the company does encourage is referrals. If you know someone who would like to work in this type of environment, you can refer that person. When they have worked a thirteen week assignment, you will earn a one hundred dollar bonus if they are a technician, or a one hundred and fifty dollar bonus if they are a pharmacist.
If they have decided to take a permanent position, you will receive a two hundred dollar bonus. If you refer a thirteen week or more job opening to RPh on the Go you can get a bonus of five hundred dollars. It is a great way to earn a little extra cash to save up or spend.
