Google adwords has a new interface. Do not worry it will make your life easier. Whether or not you are an adwords veteran or new to the internet marketing game you will find the new interface easy to use and it will help you learn how to bid for Google AdWords without going bust.
At the top of the snapshot of your account you will see tabs from everything to your campaign settings to help and tips.
When you click the campaign button you will be able to see all online your campaigns. This can be a little overwhelming if you are not used to it but it will make sense the more you see it and use it. On the left you will see a list of the campaigns you have. When you click the folder icon you will be able to see all the metrics of that campaign on the right hand of the screen.
The area where you can see a graph you can track how your campaign is progressing. Also, right below the graphs you can change your key word bids without having to go to another page. This is a convenience that many were asking Google to ad.
Where you see a green label next to your campaign name you can change, delete, or pause a campaign. It is very simple. Also Google has added question mark icons to its interface at various points. Simply run your mouse over the icon and you will be able to read Google's explanation for that particular function. When you have time run over all of the question marks so you will be completely familiar with Google's new interface.
When you create a new campaign you will see at the top a button you can click to allow all networks and all devices. Make sure to enable this function. You want to reach all networks, all countries, and all devices with your ad campaign. This new interface allows you to do this with a simple click.
You can scroll down and see the adgroup icon. This is simply the ad you are running on Google adwords for that particular campaign. The pencil next to the adgroup icon allows you to change the name of the adgroup very easily. If you are familiar with Google adwords realize that nothing has changed except the interface.
You will also see all your key words under the graph. You can scroll down and see not only all of your key words but how they are performing.
What many like about the new interface is that you can see the status results of each key word. The new Google interface will let you know where each ad is running and if you need to increase your bid for it to run on the first page of search engine results.
