Anything with your name, address, phone number, social security number, maiden name, drivers license, or passport number on it can be potentially used to create a false identity. I have no idea how the whole thing panned out, but I can imagine their relationship took a long time to repair. It's unfortunate that these things can come at the hands of those we love the most, but desperate people will do desperate things.
