1/. You’ve all heard it previously, move it or lose it! We should plan to put in 30 minutes a day for exercise. Walking is a fantastic way to start to keep fit but not just any walking, I mean Brisk Aerobic walking. You must push your body beyond what it's used to doing for the best and quickest results.

It’s any wonder our brain boggles.
Ask yourself:
Why is my life so frantic? Why have I chosen to take on so much?
What am I building with my current way of life? Is there a future to it? Is that future costing me my present?
What am I missing out on about myself because of my present life-style?
Start by cutting out three projects, tasks, duties, shoulds, coulds, wants, goals, etc that are not necessary. Get rid of, delegate, or make a system for 10 or so tasks that are sucking your energy stores dry. When you think of something you "have to do," stop and ask yourself why you have to do it. Odds are you needn't.
5/. Multi-Vitamins. Multi-vitamins are you insurance plan for getting the extra nutrition your body requires. Vitamins and minerals lend a hand to build stronger bones, increase your metabolism, boost energy, feed muscle tissue and so on.
6/. Create a list of positive daily practices that you can concentrate on as part of your daily routine. Choose things you will ENJOY doing and that you can do every day faithfully to make your life better. I suggest a list of ten positive practices which you look forward to doing and that provide you pleasure. This also means that there is no room for “I should, or could have”. Just begin now on the positive practices and in no time at all they will grow to be habits and second nature.
Your daily positive practices may be straightforward things like eating a least 3 portions of fruit a day, or a brisk twenty walk every morning, or walk up the office stairs instead of using the elevator.
Feel free to amend your list as needed. Daily positive practices ought to be fun and satisfying and if you find that you are not enjoying a specific thing on your list, change it with another you take pleasure in more. It can take a little time to fine-tune your list.
