Are you a teenager? Do you look fat? Are you unhappy about it? Don't worry, there are thousands of others who also answer 'yes' three times.

And, are you desperate to come across a teenage diet plan that will work wonders for you? Well, read on...

You should remember to stop blaming yourself, and thinking that you are being punished for something, and that you will continue to be so forever. This just isn't right! Firstly, lots of teenagers carry a little extra weight around, this just part of nature. Some have more, some have less, it's really just a lottery. Secondly, for the most part, this puppy fat sheds as you enter your late teens.

Still, it is an important time of your life, and you want to look as amazing as possible. Just try your best and do it for yourself though, and do what you can to avoid falling victim to peer pressure around you. Remember that the Prom King or Queen that you secretly idolise, is probably paranoid about the way they look too.

So, recognize and accept that no one looks perfect in their own mind. That's not to say that you should let yourself go and not care at all about how you look though, finding a balance is important

To change the way you look, you must want to take action and do something positive about feeling so miserable. Everyone says "Yes, I want...", but not so many are prepared to do what it actually takes to achieve it.

Such drive and determination applied to a teenage diet plan almost guarantees great results.

There is no room for excuses if you really want to lose weight with a teenage diet plan. Put an end to "I can't exercise today because..." and "I was going to eat healthily today but...".

Others can advise you and help you, but the motivational aspect of losing weight is down to you.

There's plenty of help and advice around, but these suggestion are a good place to start...

- Look in the mirror and believe that you can change the way you look - Set a goal that you can achieve - Follow a diet that you can stick to

Parents and doctors can add plenty more to those as well. Tough it might seem that they are trying to make your life difficult, you need to keep the lines of communication open. Listen to them, if you don't always want to, and always know that you can ask them about anything. They are perfectly placed to help you because they have already lived through similar experiences to you, and no one knows you better than they do

Ultimately, happiness is always within reach. By accepting help from those around you, adopting a more positive attitude, and following a sensible teenage diet plan, you can be the person who you dream of being.
