Another food that is one of the high cholesterol foods is pork. This food also is said to be avoided if you want to maintain a healthy ratio of cholesterol in your body. If you want to eat pork then, imagine the cholesterol it adds to your body. It can lead to many serious medical complications if you have high cholesterol levels to your body.

Eggs are also rich in cholesterol. If you prefer eating 4 eggs in a week then it would be fine.
Most of the fast food is very dangerous as it is the highest contributor of cholesterol to our bodies today. You can also use a cholesterol supplement in order to maintain the natural balance of cholesterol in your body. These are some of the high cholesterol foods.
