Scrapbooking can play a huge role in how we feel about ourselves and our life. For many of us it is really just a hobby but the importance of scrapbooking can be much more.
If you really think about it, most everyone works all day in stressful jobs or are at home with the children which is just as stressful at times. I work all day in an office and it can be very demanding, but I do really like my job. I sometimes feel very tired and drained and I think most everyone can relate to this no matter what they are doing in their lives.Scrapbooking is very calming to me and helps me deal with these moments in my day-to-day job and also limits the frequency in which they happen.
Addicted to Scrapbooking
Addicted to scrapbooking or not addicted to scrapbooking!
I feel great when I am creating. So what is wrong with that?
When you allow yourself to become imaginative and play without any boundaries, it gives you an outlet to really express how you feel. Your personality comes through as you begin to experiment with colors, patterns, and textures.
When you experiment with your creativity all of your thoughts and negative energy will be replaced with your passion and joy of scrapbooking. This positive energy that you will experience can be carried over into other daily activities. That is why you will feel energized and excited after working with your project.
This is only the beginning.
Imagine how you will feel when you have completed a page? The achievement that you will feel when you have created something so personal will be sure to make you want to share it with everyone and in turn will be building your self-esteem. It is times like this that you cannot help but notice how valuable you are and take pride in what you have done. I see my scrapbooks as a gift to my family – a way of preserving and treasuring the special moments that won’t be forgotten. But I also know that they are much more than just gifts. They can be seen as a celebration to everything that is amazing in my life. It allows my hobby and joy with scrapbooking to be shared with those that I love. The appreciation of the gifts I have created and shared brings me joy that no other hobby has!
I know deep down that my 'addiction to scrapbooking' has a very positive impact on my life, and unfortunately it is sometimes difficult to fit it into my busy lifestyle. So when I actually get some time to work on my scrapbook I want to make the most of my time and enjoy the rewards.
So if you are worried about finding the time to create and enjoy these magical pages I have created the following pages that will help you!
I think these articles will help you with creating your pages more quickly and allowing you to save time and enjoy all that scrapbooking has to offer.
