What is the greatest cardiovascular exercise used for a lean ripped stomach? Together low and elevated intensity workouts will assist you burn body fat. The inquiry is which cardivascular workouts is the greatest to burn extra body weight.

It is scientificaly proved that when we tend to carry out high intenisty cardio, our bodies lose more glycogen which is a stored energy source then actualt fat. During low intensity exercises, your body will burn a lot of fat.

If your questioning whether or not it works, the answer is no because there are so many obese people still around. Yes i know it sounds crazy and I agree but wouldn't you rather understand the truth so you can maximise your workouts!

The scientists weren't lying when they said that low intensity cardio burns more fat. Well the fact is that during high intensity cardio the body is actually using up more calories which is far more important. Although some calories are been burnt are actually glycogen, the body is still using up calories from fat.

When we do high intensity cardio exercise, our glycogen stores get low because we burn more glycogen. Therfore, when we eat carbohydrates, our body will convert them into more glycgoen for our muscles instead of turning them into fat and storing it around our bodies.

Performing high intensity cardio exercise exercise not only burns more calories but it also increases your metabolism for even after you have worked out and on into the day.

This means your metabolism will keep burning up fat long after you have left the gym.

Now let me ask you a question. Who doesn't want to burn more and more accumulative calories after you workout.

Interval training is by far the unsurpassed way to raise your cardiovascular exercise intensity. Interval training is an straightforward thing and all you have to do is simple work at a ratio of 3:1 with 3 been rest and 1 been work. Therefore, you could run for two minutes at a fast pace then walk for 5 - 6 minutes. Then, walk briskly yet again until you have caught your breath and then run for a minute before you walk again. Try to aim at doing around 30 minutes of interval training.

Cardio is by far the unsurpassed way to burn those extra fat i would commend it to anyone Cardio training can be hard so I would suggest to anyone who is new to it to take it slow.
