Getting a six pack is right at the top of just about every ones wishlist that wants a tone healthy body. But whenever you have a look around at the typical felmale, he's a long way from developing a six pack.

And why is that? Well, there are a couple of main factors. First of all, obtaining a six pack does require plenty of work, there isn't any hiding from that. If any person tells you otherwise, I would not listen to them at all.

Secondly, most people are going about it the wrong way. So in this article I'm going to outline what I think are the 5 dumbest things I see people do to get ripped.

Don't stress if you have been doing any of them. It is probably not your blame. As you'll see, the folks who should be showing you the right thing are instead misleading you.

1. Expecting Supplements to Get them Ripped
This is primary because it's both the commonest and most mistaken mistake I see. But it's not really the fault of the customer. After all, you don't expect to see lies in promotion, but in the case of fat loss
supplements, that's exactly what you are seeing. Dietary supplements are by no means evil, but they are greatly overvalued. When they're used for convenience, they are great. When they're used to make up for only a deficiency in your diet, they're great.

When you try and use them as a substitute for hard work and dedication, they are totally a waste of time.

A weight loss supplement won't ever get you ripped. Naturally, supplement providers feed on the fact that people don't know this. The truth is, they're laughing all the way to the bank.

So if you are looking to obtain a six pack, stop focusing on what supplements to use and focus on diet regime and training instead. I know that you don't want to listen to it, but that is the fact.

Stop getting excited each time you hear about the magic pill that's going to get you ripped without doing any hard work. It's not going to happen, so either get real or stay in fairy land, it's up to you.

2. Expecting to get ripped by using Ab Machines
Yes, you realize those I'm talking about. They're the ones that you simply see plastered across your TV screen everytime an infomercial comes on. Depending on these ads, all you have to do to get a ripped set of abs is to exercise for 5 minutes a day.
Wow, really! If only things were so easy...

The truth is, you could potentially exercise on those things all day and you'd never get a set of abs. The facts is that you don't have a six pack because you've got too much fat covering them up.

So your key priority ought to be in eliminating that fat. Sure, you still need to work those abs, but you will get more consequences if you can burn away the fat.

3. Trying to Learn from Muscle Magazines
Yes, muscle magazines aren't actually your friend either. the majority blindly follow them because they believe that anything that is in print must also be right.

But that's not factual either. Muscle magazines are in the business of selling copies of their magazines to allow them to charge more for their publicity.

So in order to do this, they'll tell you whatever they think will sell more copies. And that's why you see them listing all sorts of outrageous headlines every single month.

4. Attempting to Learn from Internet Forums
Like I said in the last point, educating yourself is great. If there is one thing I've noticed in the people who are able to rework their bodies, it is the motivation to learn to do things accurately.

The difficulty is that a lot of people decide the wrong places to learn from. Magazines are one place where people get it wrong (as you've just learned) and one more regular place are internet forums.

And it makes sense to go there and learn. After all, they're places where large numbers of "experienced" people gather. The facts is, most forums are full of people who don't know what they're talking about.

5. Fad Diets
Every so often, a brand new fad diet comes along that people claim to be the next big thing. The facts is, "diets" do not work. If you need to get a six pack, you'll need to understand the values behind eating well.

You need to know what to consume, how much to eat and when to eat. If you can master those, you will never have to go on a "diet" instead. Eating well will become an integral part of your lifestyle and then the abs will come with it.

Learning to eat right isn't all that hard. If you stick to high quality, lean proteins, slow releasing carbohydrates and good sources of fat, you'll turn your body into a fat burning machine.

Ok, so there you have the 5 dumbest ways people try to acquire six pack abs. I hope that if you have been guilty of any of those up to now that you end doing them and start applying the genuine procedures that will get you ripped as fast as humanly possible.
