Let's say you do not get along terribly well along with your boss or a co-worker, or you had an argument along with your spouse the night before. Strive this today... walk in with a cup of occasional, the newspaper, a soft drink, something you recognize this person likes. Approach them with a huge smile on your face and say, "Sensible morning, how are you today?"
Place the item you brought in down on their desk or table and walk away.
If that person challenges your happy attitude, bear in mind this...
it is important that you do not hold on to negative feelings;
if you are taking on life with a positive attitude you'll be a much happier and successful person in your life;
and learn to let go.
Start off on a replacement foot and a replacement day. Do whatever you need to try and do to rectify matters and move forward with a positive attitude.
TRAIN YOUR BRAIN to instantly flip your focus on something positive when one thing negative begins, or when somebody negative tries to beat you down.
In order to reach your full potential and achieve your dreams you may have to try and do things that you do not wish to try to to, things you worry, make you nervous or challenge you. Take action and look forward with nice pleasure on these opportunities that can get you nearer to accomplishing your goals.
GO FOR YOUR DREAM... don't let your fear and anger stand in the way of your personal growth.
Get happy! Learn to laugh! Bring smart things into your life.
Every day I am challenged to take care of a cheerful attitude. My husband, my kids, my work, the dogs, the daily maintenance of my home, etc., all challenge me in numerous ways that to take care of a positive perspective throughout the day.
I learn to ignore things that are negative. I choose to measure with a positive attitude... achieving my goal to keep up happiness in the least times.
I refuse to be unhappy!
Negative things, people, whatever unpleasant scenario may arise... I follow bringing nice things into my life by maintaining a happy perspective and dealing with every day things positively.
I let the foremost unimportant things roll off my shoulders.
