R.P.M.: The old styled lenient Quinn becomes the head of the university, and then approves a bust of liberals to spare the establishment. Agency: An eccentric mind bender, loaded with plot deceptions, in regards to imaginative boy (Keyworth) whose dad is a cop and whose mom is blind. The father is chasing a man on a murderous bender in which the people dying are all sightless ladies. Cast includes James Fox, Fanny Ardant, Paul McGann, Clare Holman, Robert Stephens, David Thewlis, Susan Wooldridge, and Ben Keyworth. (94 minutes, 1981)
South Ernest Shackleton and the Endurance Expedition: Exceptional record of the fabled 1915 Ernest Shackleton journey to Antarctica and the stranded team's attempts to stay alive. The tale has been remunerated and emphasized as long as can be remembered, however nothing could top this original, simple account with startlingly transparent footage that looks as if it was shot this morning. (88 minutes, 1919)
No End in Sight: A masterful big screen production tantamount of the plethora novels that share on-the-record accounts from prior armed forces and covert operations outfits to clarify how the Bush management jumped before it looked in 2003 before invading Iraq. A standout in what is already a litany of Iraq conflict documentaries. (102 minutes, 2007)
The Slave: Interminable Italian spectacle. A child of Spartacus learns of the tale of his dad and promises retribution. The excellent photography is the only positive aspect of this film. Cast includes Steve Reeves, Jacques Semas, Gianna Maria Canale, and Claudio Gora. (102 minutes, 1963)
Macabre: Strange goings on in small town where physician's youthful daughter mysteriously disappears and a nameless telephone hailer declares that the kid has been buried alive. Cast includes William Prince, Jim Backus, Christine White, and Jacqueline Scott. (73 minutes, 1958)
Sensations of 1945: The fame hungry Powell shows journalist O'Keefe how to become successful in this campy musical. One marvelous number has her tap dancing inside a mammoth pinball game. Cast includes Eleanor Powell, Dennis O'Keefe, C. Aubrey Smith, Eugene Pallette, W. C. Territories, Cab Calloway, and Sophie Tucker. (86 minutes, 1945)
