On day five and six (Saturday and Sunday) you are allowed steak, beef, chicken and fish in addition to vegetables and salad. Day seven, the last day of the plan which will fall on a Monday you will be back to the customary cabbage soup with some brown rice if you especially want to have something starchy. I would advise that you not have the rice so that you can get that final pound off before concluding the 7 day session. Here is a quick summing up of the plan.
Day 1: Unrestricted Cabbage Soup every day but today include fruit, no bananas
Day 2: plus vegetables(no dry beans, peas or corn) plus baked potato
Day 3: Again the soup plus fruit plus Vegetables as in day 1 and 2.
Day 4:Today have Bananas and skim milk (up to 8) in with to the Cabbage soup
Day 5: Saturday have Beef or chicken or fish and Tomatoes as an add on salad.
Day 6: Sunday have BEEF OR Chicken or Fish and vegetables and salad (not potato)
Day 7: Monday have Unlimited Soup with a portion of Brown Rice.

One issue I want you to be familiar with is that you will feel hungry at times no matter how much you have eaten. You have to reprogram your intellect to tell yourself that hunger pangs are a good sign and it is simply confirmation that you are losing those extra pounds. No hunger pains no weight loss.
So when you suffer hunger gnawing at your inside say to yourself, good, there goes one more pound. Yay! It will help you get through the 7 days and show some fantastic results.
