There are so many methods to wipe out or prevent fleas. Some are handled by chemical products. Several are natural. These two methods work on varying levels. Sometimes you must use more then one method to have the right effects to kill the fleas. Several formulas have good results for indoor, but are not as effective for outdoors. You have to research to see what is the best method for your current situation.

They can remove fleas in your home faster than natural methods, especially when you are dealing with a massive flea problem. But using chemical products have some drawbacks like health concerns, sometimes people can suffer from these chemical products especially if you are very sensitive or allergic. Chemical products are also more expensive than the natural methods.
People who have chosen to use natural methods say that using chemical products are not worth the possible health risks, They believe that using natural methods and products are safer for your dogs or cats and also for your family. When using natural methods you do not have to worry about the chemical effect penetrating your pets and your family. But not all natural methods are safe for your health. Lastly, you may want to shift the methods you use around from time to time. If you use the same product or method several years in a row, you may get the effectiveness decreasing over time, some years maybe worse than others, depending on the late winter, and you may move earlier with harder formulas some years and relax a little more with milder formulas in other years.
