Every morning, you put on either your right shoe in the first place or your left shoe. This happens almost always. By either passing the right-hand lace around back of the left-hand lace, or vice versa, as a rule, you tie your shoes this way. Which shoe you put on first and how you fasten your shoes, tomorrow morning specify this. Now, by slipping on the other shoe initially and fastening your shoelaces in a contrary way, consciously decide that for the next 21 days you are going to flesh out a new habit.

Now, let this simple act, each morning, operate as a reminder to change other customary ways of acting, feeling and thinking, as you decide to slip into your shoes in a certain manner, throughout that single day. Express to yourself "I am beginning the day in a new and healthier way." as you bind your shoes. Then, consciously decide that throughout the day:

(1) I will brush aside completely and close my mind to all those pessimistic and negative "facts" which I can do diddly-squat to alter.|I will close my mind and reject completely all those pessimistic and negative "facts" which I can do zilch to modify.|All those discouraging and negative "facts" which I can do naught to modify, I will close my mind and ignore completely.}

(2) Regardless of what eventuates, I will act as calmly and as intelligently as practical.

(3) At least three times within the next twenty-four hour period, I aim to practice smiling.

(4) I will not permit my own opinion to change facts in a harmful or demoralizing way.

(5) I am going to pretend, insofar as possible, as if I already am the sort of personality I wish to be and success is inescapable. "Becoming like" and "Acting like " this new personality is what I will exercise.

(6) A little more forgiving and a little less nitpicking and of other people, their failings, mistakes and faults, is what I vow to be. I will award the best possible interpretation upon their actions.

(7) I will try to appear and act more respectful toward other people.

(8) As happy as possible is how I will be.

Simple? Yes. But each of the above habitual ways of acting, feeling, thinking does have beneficial and constructive effect on your self-image. Act them out for 21 days. See if worry, guilt, and unfriendliness have not been diminished, and if confidence has not been enhanced, after you "Experience" them.

If you want to learn more, there is this great 256 page eBook -- Unlock Your Mind Power -- that’ll practically make you a Mind Power expert and it is up for grabs at the writer’s website:

IMPORTANT: To assist you in the necessary release of all your cloying, clinging, grasping desires, the author has arranged the production of a very special 15-minute crisp tonal sound track called "Letting Go Tonic". You can grab yourself a free demo, together with others and far more complete details, on his website page.
http://www.lifetakingform.com.au/html/soundtracks.html

This soundtrack is not music as such but certain sharp digitally produced rhythms sometimes like kitten purring, other times like a helicopter, or a playing card clicking on the spokes of a bike wheel, or even a rhythm of a dripping tap. These sounds are at a number of carefully selected brain frequencies. The author has employed sound technicians to engineer each of these frequencies to produce a certain effect within your brain.

The brain responds to this sound. It will consequently 'reply' by creating a compatible desired condition in your body/mind system, in this case releasing your desire to cling or grasp. This happens in auto mode, just by listening quietly to the soundtrack for some 15 minutes. Your body fairly buzzes! This has to be experienced for just 7 days, for the ultimate in development of your personal power.
