End All Contact With Your Spouse-
You need to end all communication with your spouse. Do not decision, text, email them. Doing any of these items provides them management and power, as a result of they grasp you continue to want them and they will use this to their advantage. Remove their advantage and take it back for yourself. Your spouse will notice that they created an error and they below valued you, and failed to administer you the respect you deserve.
