Introduction:

The LiMo-powered Samsung H1 strictly designed to the Vodafone 360 services. It could be either purchased from Vodafone or, unlocked at certain stores.

Design:

The Samsung H1 is a high-Tec cell phone with massive, sophisticated and very interesting look. With a design language suggestive as the Ultra series, it is acceptable; unfortunately, it lacks great sense of a fashionable appearance this was the distinctive mark on the Ultra series.
This device is relatively heavy, and feels solid. Samsung created a properly rounded backside, making the H1 comfortable when held. AMOLED 3.5 inches and capacitive, touch technology are characteristics of this Samsung H1’s display. The AMOLED technology has real blacks colors nicely saturated, while its panel have metal frame giving it a classy look, the screens cover lack oleo phobic coating, hence attracting fingerprints however it made very firm.
The Samsung H1’s well construction with quality keys it comes with many physical keys on its body all extremely pleasant when used. Since this at the top of range smart phone, the H1 has standard 3.5mm headphone jack and microUSB port, with sliding lid protecting it, overall opinion of the design on the Vodafone 360 Samsung H1. Has a high-quality build, likeable offbeat design solution that stands out in the crowd. Even though extremely well built, Samsung H1 is just not such device. Despite the appearance is quite bearable that might probably appeal toward users with a passion for a conservative design. Similarly, the white does not also put much emphasis on the design.

Interface:

The Samsung H1 intended to work within the Vodafone 360 services pack, which integrated with LiMo R2 OS in this case. The Samsung H1 and M1 the first smart phones that use it. This phone has the Linux-based operating system…

LiMo comes with a rather neat interface. Its home screen is the Apps screen, it resemblances the home screens on iPhone OS. The designer is the concept influenced by iPhone icon layout. Unlike the iPhone, when you scroll you would encounter some unpleasant lag. On the Samsung H1, a feature available is for some additional apps as Vodafone McLaren Mercedes and the ESPN Soccernet.

Another important screen the one that is dedicated for your contacts besides only your contacts, this is where can see your friends from Google Talk, MSN Messenger and Facebook. You must be, connected onto Vodafone 360 for it to work though; or else, you will only see the phone contacts.
The interface is very clean making it very easy to learn.

Camera and Multimedia:

The Samsung H1 depends on the 5MP AF camera this offers HD video recordings. Its interface is not too complicated it is simple. Taking pictures are very fast image quality excellent. Both indoor and outdoor shots are very pleasant, since they have plenty details and colors are natural. The flash works excellent in pitch-dark areas and indoor shops are amazing.
Whilst its images come out very satisfying, its recorded HD videos are terrible. Videos are blurry; music player is not pretty, however has useful controls for its basic functions. Unfortunately, its sound is not good enough. The loudspeaker and earphones included are poor, since it does not have enough power also are too sharp.
The music experience is rather disappointing, but you are can watch videos on HD resolution on this Vodafone 360 Samsung H1 phone. However, this is only possible with the MPEG-4 coded files. The Samsung H1 cannot play H.264 and encounter much difficulty while playing Xvid and DivX, making it impossible for watching.

Internet:

You could use both Wi-Fi and 3G to connect onto internet with your Samsung H1. Browser is decent loads most pages fast zooming is also neat.

Performance:

Even though the Vodafone 360 Samsung H1 is quite a sophisticated bit of mobile phone technology, it does fail to deliver high-quality sound whilst in a call. The sound very loud on this side, but unclear. On the other end, quality was again poor, voices where quite unpleasant.
Its battery however, had a surprisingly superior performance. The manufacturer rated at 7.06 hours of call time 19 days on standby.

Conclusion:

The platform was in general; it comes in unique basic style. It is also exceptionally easy when in use, but needs some brushing up.

The Vodafone 360 Samsung H1 is a fine device, but far away from perfect. Like the video recording capability disappointing, its call quality poor. However, it takes excellent photos.
