At some stage of life we all have to go through a break up. The awful part about breaking up is that it never becomes any easier. It's always as hard as the first time.
Unless the relationship was really horrible you probably still want to be with your ex boyfriend.
The majority of relationships follow a fairly predictable pattern. When you get together at first everything is fun, exciting and romantic.. The 2 of you ignore each other faults and focus on the things you have in common. After a while you get used to being together and comfort sets in. This is when things start to change and all small things begin to bother you.
The first step is to give your ex some space to think. You don't want to pester him. You will make him feel uncomfortable if you become obsessive.
You might have a feeling that being around him is a good idea, but if you want to get him to come back you need to give him time alone. Try to avoid calling him and texting him. Let him go and he may realize that he's made a mistake by himself.
Become the type of woman he wants to be with. Try buying some new clothes, or getting fit. A new hairstyle is an easy way to make a change. By changing the way you look you will change the way you feel too. You will become more confident and he will want you.
You must also be careful about timing. If you want him back you can't rush him, but if you wait too long you will lose him forever. There's a happy medium.
The second thing you need to do is admit to yourself that it's over.. It is impossible to change what's already happened.
The 3rd thing you need to do is get your head straight and control your emotions. Don't let worry and depression keep you down. You can't achieve your goal thinking negatively.
