Companies have vision. A vision of where they wish to be in a very year or 2 years time. They then create a method followed by plans of how they are going to realize their vision.
Armies have a vision. A vision of what they need to achieve. They then arrange and implement each step of the means to achieve that vision, until they reach their wanted victory. With vision comes focus. Powerful focus is like light-weight targeted into a laser, it's unstoppable.
If you do not have a vision of where you wish to be. Stop right now. Take it slow out and assume regarding what you'd wish to achieve. Write it down. Then suppose of the time-frame you'd like to realize it in. Write this down.
Once you have got a clear vision of what you'd like to attain break it down into tiny steps then aim for it. Make all the choices required to hit the target.
