On the point of view, when cattle eat commonly grass instead of cereals & soy, their meat gets higher in
omega-3s and lower in omega-6 fatty acids, reaching a more normal balance of omega-3 to omega-6 fats.
In adding, Organic Beef as well contains greatly higher ranges of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has revealed a few promising benefits in experiments for losing body fat and gaining lean muscle mass.

created.
A similar contrast can be made concerning wild salmon and farm raised salmon. In reality, even at health food stores, you might find a few "organic" meats (which is at least a little healthier than ordinary), but it is frequently hard to find any actual grass-fed meats.
