I obtained two price quotes before selecting a company to rid my house of rodents. The first company came out & used scare tactics and gave me the worst possible scenario of what was living in my attic. When Carl came out, he did a more thorough review of my attic & roof and told me it was not as bad as the first guy made it out to be.
