Foods that are bright colored
One of the most favorite foods of people are junk foods. They are tasty and you think that you can never live with out them. However, as the name implies it is also worthless and your body will not get any nutrition from this type of food. This bad news for you because studies show that your drive can be correlated to the nutrition that it receives from the food that you eat. So in order to be active, you need to eat bright colored foods. Most bright colored foods like squash and oranges are packed with vitamins and nutrients that not only boosts health but also helps in getting you in the mood.

Cut down on fat
Many believe that this is a myth but research shows that if you are a man and you want to perform, you need to cut back on the fat intake. The results of the research indicate that the testosterone levels of men drop when they consume fat calories.

Eat chocolate
Chocolates do a lot of things for you. It is proven that this food releases endorphins that make you feel good and when you are eating it, you will feel happy and fulfilled. Not only that but chocolates contain PEA or phenylethylamine that increases heartbeat and may lead to arousal.

Drink alcohol
This may sound tacky to you and you may think of y our college days but alcohol does help in releasing you from your inhibitions thus making you perform better. However, this thing is a double edged sword that can affect you the other way around. Getting drunk will only lead underperformance.
