About the Disney Cruise Line
The Disney Cruise Line is a cruise line company owned by Walt Disney Company, specifically the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts division. The headquarters are located in Celebration, Florida which is just near the Walt Disney World Resort. The cruise line started back in 1995 and the first ship called Disney Magic was constructed and entered service 1998. The following year, the Disney Wonder was built and is currently the two operational ships as of September 2010.

This ship will be two decks taller than the older active ships and will have a total of 1,250 staterooms which is 350 more than the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic. The Disney Dream is scheduled to have its first sail on January 26, 2011. The Disney Wonder will also be relocated to the Port of Los Angeles. The Disney Fantasy which is another ship that is identical to the Disney Dream in size will enter service in 2012.
