o alternate positions holding for several seconds
o adds elasticity and flexibility to spine
* DOWNWARD FACING DOG
o strengthens spine and hamstrings
o begin stretched out on hands and knees
o lift knees off ground high as possible, keeping them straight
o keep back straight
o buttocks and lower back pointed up in upside down "V"
o hold for several seconds, release legs to back on knees
o repeat numerous times
You can use these and/or a multitude of other yoga exercises to relieve stress and increase height.
