Running a Smart Personal Computer simply means operating it in such a way that it produces maximum productivity with a minimum of negative impacts and effects on your life. You should reboot - turn off and back on - your PC regularly. In years past this was not recommended because of even more problems that a restart could cause. Now, modern PC’s are able to be restarted without risk and this will also save electricity in your home or office.
