Healing the Body with Light-weight
The human body is in essence a body of light, that was created initial by God's divine intention which created the soul. The soul's divine intention to enter the planet of physical kind created the passageway through which God's light-weight may manifest the miracle of conception and birth.
All of life may be a miracle, and each precious soul you encounter lives proof of God's nice love, which created the manifest and un-manifest universes. All possibilities and probabilities exist as One among God's divine mind. Among the infinite realm of possibility, God's light exists and actively participates inside all of life.
God's light-weight will be activated as a healing force inside the human body, whenever you're sick or injured. God's light will bring healing, comfort, and can even completely remodel even an apparently hopeless situation. Light can expand and open possibilities, and will support all other healing modalities you're using.
To activate the presence of God's light-weight inside your body, it's helpful to make a sacred house within your home that may be used for meditation, prayer and healing. Create an altar that expresses your innermost hearts association with the divine. Keep it straightforward, clean and place it in an space which will be devoted to sacred activities.
Spend a few moments each day, or several times on a daily basis, quietly praying, meditating or sitting quietly at your altar. In time your altar will develop a vibration of sunshine, and you may begin to feel this once you sit at the altar. The sunshine can help you relax, and can aid you in your healing process.
When your body is fatigued, sick, or injured, you'll be able to rejuvenate and regenerate your body by sitting or lying in front of your altar and breathing in God's light. Place your hand over your heart and pray for healing, and then imagine God's light descending from the heavens and infusing your body through the prime of your head. As you breathe, allow the light to circulate through your body.
You'll notice sure elements of your body that can feel more tense, or that will be holding pain. Imagine the light deeply infusing these areas, bringing warms, comfort, and peace. The cells of your body grasp a way to heal themselves, and God's light can activate these inner resources of healing.
As you do this frequently, you'll begin to note changes in your body and your health. The infusion of God's light can begin a method of self healing within your body. Generally, if your body has been out of alignment for a very very long time, the healing method takes longer because the body desires to re-balance itself on all levels.
your body is not break away your mind or emotions. After all it might be said that your mind is your whole body! As God's light begins this healing method in you, you will notice old memories and emotions kind the past re-surfacing. Permit these to submit to your consciousness. See them, feel them, and then let them go.
At some point you will find it useful to join with others who are in a very healing process. If you've got many challenges happening at once in your body, it will be helpful to work with a practitioner of healing arts who will act as a facilitator, helping to strengthen the light and support your body through the healing process.

Now, as spiritual consciousness on the Earth evolves and transforms, it becomes a lot of clear to us that all of life is a healing process. When our bodies are in want of healing, God's light-weight can give stability, grounding in our primary reality as a soul, and a way of peace, comfort and rejuvenation. God's lightweight can support us and enhance all alternative healing modalities and treatments, and is available freely to all or any beings, as a result of God loves us and is often gift and accessible to support our lives.
