For those of you who are not in the know, GBG is a multilevel business that markets a multi vitamin product that is supposed to have revolutionized the way we view vitamins. While GBG cant be faulted for having their own patented formula and how it is made, one way that they could have better marketed it was to put it up side by side the worlds better known brands like GNC perhaps.
When you promote an item then sell it at a sub par level, how can one say it has revolutionized the industry? We all dream of that one drink or one pill that can do it all but when a not so well known company makes the claim, we have to find some sense of it and see if it is valid.
There are a lot of other vitamin companies that probably have the same goal in mind but they think the best way to get their products across is to offer a much larger range for each person out there has their own needs and preferences. Rather than offer one pill and place the company’s future on it is risky. Better to spread the products wide and then let the distribution people handle it. The more the products that are out there also speaks out to the customer that the company is doing its best to reach the concerns of the public.
The compensation plan of GBG needs to be explained more clearly. Despite the video that they have put together, it gets a bit confusing and the person watching it might come to the conclusion that you might have to work an arm and a leg just to earn some meager change. It needs to be more clear on exactly how many people in your down line do you need and what is the exact commission involved here? The folks at GBG should make it as simple as possible for it would turn people who would want to carry the brand name. They should also target a specific niche of people who would sell the product to. You just cant sell blindly and to anyone. Some people might not really need it but at least there should be a connection somewhere.
There is a market out there for vitamins and supplements but one should realize that these companies should have more items to sell or a one hit wonder product that everyone can benefit from. If you were to look at the other companies offering vitamins and multi vitamins they offer more for the public to choose from. Perhaps GBG has forgotten that the public need options of else their strategy might not work. Why not make a one pill wonder for kids and then a similar one for adults as well? Keep the variety there. For more information check out http://mlmnetworkmarketingtraining.org
GBG is a good company to work for but they need to make their processes easier to comprehend, create more choices, and give the distribution people a clear cut rate on how much they can earn and how to urge others to work under them.
