Ex-Smoker, You Will Quit To
Smoking was enjoyable for me. I had my 1st cigarette in the morning once I got out of bed. Typically which perpetually made me terribly dizzy. But that didn't trouble me I just waited a few minutes till it subsided. I forever had one when breakfast, lunch and dinner and in between. And therefore the last one right before bed.
Even had a cigarette when I took a long walk to clear my lungs. Since starting to smoke at the age of sixteen until I quit at age 47 I assumed of quitting several times, but the habit continually took over. Till sooner or later while in the motel business I thought of what I had to try to to when a customer came within the door, I would rush into the lavatory and rinse my mouth out and wipe my face to kill the smoke odor or spray a little quantity of fragrance in the air.
I failed to need to offend anyone who entered as they themselves would possibly not be a smoker.
Well when that have to be compelled to be a nuisance I decided to quit. I tried several times but the habit took over once again. Until sooner or later it hit me and I believed of a nice means to quit, and I did and this manner worked.
I used to be thus amazed in how folks smelled that smoked when I quit. They smelled thus stale and even women who had perfume on I may still smell their smoky attire. How sad is that to let smoking take over you?
