Steam cleaners are basically household-cleaners that have got a boiler to raise the temperature of tap water to as high as 240 to 310 degrees. This eventually transforms the water into a dry mist, which is quite fine. These particles, generally made of vapour, are very tiny in size thus increasing the capability to clean in very deep areas which are hard to manage.
Mainly used for household cleaning purposes, it is used to remove dirt, dust and other particles, which are dug in very shallow areas in your cracked floors and carpets. It is one of the best sanitizing and disinfecting agents available, as it doesnt use any ruthless chemical to do such a nice cleansing job. It is interesting to note that it resembles a lot to the conventional vacuum cleaner, as it is operated in the near same way, but certain points specify many things to differentiate between a steam cleaner and vacuum cleaner.
One must be thinking what is so special about the steam cleaner when vacuum cleaners are already present in the market. But there is a lot of difference between both of them. Though on viewing them abstractly they seem to be similar but actually they are not. There working procedures are different. The vacuum cleaner sucks the dust and mite particles and then deposits them in a bag inside the vacuum cleaner whereas steam cleaner loosens the dust particles and then accumulated them in a cloth.
Steam cleaner performs numerous tasks which otherwise are pretty difficult and time consuming. The first and common task is related to cleaning. It is used in houses as well as for industrial purposes. It is also used to keep public places clean. Then it is also used for removing wrinkles from clothes and also makes them look tidy and somewhat new. Then its environment friendly nature makes it more favorable. Then it is easy to use. One does not require anything special to make it work. It just requires water and that is easily available.
But while choosing a steam cleaner one has to understand his needs and priorities, its not necessary to buy an expensive one. But its quite advisable to buy one, which is helpful.
