One should consult one’s doctor before adopting any weight loss diet as the latter can make him choose the right diet plan successfully.

Keeping the above in mind one should not go in for long starvation diets that provide more harm than good. These diets are not safe and not effective and hence they should not be resorted to at all. They are safe and effective and they mostly are targeted to shed weight in a fast manner without any long term body harm.
