Problems with Sound: a few have complained that by turning the sound on loud, the volume was still at low levels; others have also mentioned this occuring while watching normal TV; some others only when they were using a peripheral device that was linked to the TV (Games and DVD players)
No Audio Output: some people have reported that some models are unable to send Audio from the television set to an external device
Customer service: this is an issue that has repeatedly been reported by people who had problems with their television. The majority of them concur that it is very difficult to go through Panasonic customer service and there are long delays until they are able to reach someone at the Technical department to talk to.
Also there is a lot of distress when it comes to the actual repair quality, as some report that their damage was only repaired temporarily; after a little while the problem reoccurred and they had to contact Panasonic Customer support again and go through the same tedious process.
Some buzzing was going around on having Support with no urgency in their work, as if they did not care whether they will finish the job successfully or not.
Delays on finding the spare parts: another complaint that comes into the general discussion on Support; consumers report that it feels as if it takes for ever for a spare part to arrive to Clients support - it feels as if they make spare components upon request, and that they do not stock them in a warehouse; no matter the reason, people wait for a long time until service people receive the part that will replace the faulty part on their TVs
Delivering problematic Televisions: some customers have mentioned that they were opening the packages only to find the TV with cracks on the screen. What's worse, Panasonic were directing people to repair procedures instead of immediately swapping the faulty TV with a new one
On-Off Delay: People report that on the model they have purchased there was a delay in turning the Television on and off; some report as much as a ten second delay. Panasonic LCD Televisions are not known to have delays in commencing and terminating their operation, so it was probably some problem that had to do with the actual television piece
Operation: Some people reported that their Panasonic Television produced problems after a few months of operation; the most common characteristic was that when the television was switched on, it will switch off automatically after about ten seconds.
