After visiting some of the churches that we are managing I observed something….
Churches have problems!
Why?
as they are filled of people and individuals have concerns. The bigger the membership the bigger the woes.
Do you think that you have discerned or experienced some difficulties in your church or in your life?
One Church is nothing compared to supervising 25 churches and not even speaking their tongue.
Here's a few of the absurd challenges that we've noticed in some of the Indian Churches lately:
* After one of the Tzeltal Pastors started up a new church (That's the idea) his new church head decided to go away from him because he didn't like any more advice on how to Pastor
* A member of the Tzotzil Church had just donated tin for a roof for their building. He was coerced by another denominational group of "emotional theology" to join them. When the member left the church, he also took the time to shred down the roof and take it with him.
* A member of the mother church in Chenahlo who demonstrated a lot of promise opted that he wasn't be moved into a place of headship rapid enough and left…
* One lady in a little rural community shared a secret with one of her associates and requested her to pray for her but not to pass on anyone else about her woe. Her "friend" shared it with and shortly the whole rural community was "interceding for her". The woman was shocked because of the shame and transferred to another village.
These are just a few of the woes connected with life and churches.
Your church may not be ideal. I don't know any that are. But God has put you there for a reason. Don't get sadden and depart. God may be trying to coach you something and he may be preparing you for ministry .
Take into account, If you're experiencing concerns in your church there are always someone else or another church that is experiencing a bigger mess than you are.
We've all experienced challenges. We are human beings. Humans always experience concerns.Churches experience challenges for the reason that they consist of a lot of humans.
A Church is an organism, It is alive. Life consists of concerns.
Hang in there! God has a vision for your life. Concerns are frequently a sign that God has something big in store for you!
Our hurdles appear so Huge.
We feel that we're sinking. The future is depressing. It's because we focus on our concerns. difficulties are blessings in disguise
I want to look at woes as opportunities. A mere blockage in the course to victory. hurdles can be discouraging- opportunities and victories are encouraging. Do you feel you've got difficulties?
There is always someone with far bigger woes than you.
