However you should also try and get a color that will go with your decor too, just as long as you get one that you won't have to be constantly vacuuming the rug.

With an area rug in your home you can living up your rooms and make them more warm and inviting. There are tons of designs and colors out there even as a pet owner you should be able to find something to make your house look better. You can go online and find so many area rugs that will work with all kinds of decor and any color that you can choose one that will work out with the color of your pet.
