Most people who exercise will find themselves wondering when the ultimate time for exercise really is. Considering how busy life can get this is understandable. Doing something is better than doing nothing even if you've been at this for a while or just beginning a new routine. Doing something once or twice a week is better than not trying anything at all so work with it. Some people are having to work two jobs in this economy we're in right now. People who work that much will find it beneficial to exercise on the weekends. You already know that something is better than nothing you'll still gain benefit from twice a week.

So due to that fact, the energy levels and blood circulation are not at an optimum operating point. However, other research has shown that we can reset our biological clocks through routine of habit. So what that means is just plow through it in the beginning. In a short time your body will adjust to the demand of morning exercise. After a while your new morning routine will feel normal.
Consider this information while thinking about morning routines. The reality is that our bodies are capable of adapting the circadian or internal rhythm clocks to whatever schedule is necessary to meet our needs. It can take a bit of time but not too long. Be patient, that's the only thing you can do. Your own body internal clock will become "set" to exercise early in the morning, and you will be fine with it soon.
Exercise routines consisting of weight training are best done in the evening. Around 6 you have optimal hormone levels. Peak training times for weight lifters is actually a couple hours before or after 6pm. The fact that your muscles are already warmed up and prepared for exertion makes this prime time. You'll also find that you are more flexible later in the day. Just like the rest of us you are the one who can decide when exercise can fit into your schedule. You have to do things when they can be fit into our lives.
