The Partner Locator is becoming our most popular program. This program will cost less than the Buyer Locator program. We have a list of homes that are for sale under the Lease to Own scenario which you can find on our Listings Page. We look for a 3 to 5% down payment. The buyer is responsible for the utilities and we take care of the taxes. Our Rent to Own programs start at a two year lease which is negotiable. You lease the home from us for the two years and we put as much as 20% of the rent every month towards your down payment! Before we purchase the house we negotiate a purchase price with you. So at the end of the lease you already know what your home will cost. It's that simple
The Buyer Locator is where you as the buyer locate the house that you would like to own. We purchase the house and take it off the market so it doesn't get sold to another family. Once we have possession of the property you get to move in. We look for 4 to 6% down from you and we'll take care of the rest.
