The man you are getting to know is great, humorous, good-looking, he has money to show you a good time. But there's some bothering you. Just a little something. You're starting to wonder if he has another girlfriend or maybe even a wife. How can you tell if you're seeing a married guy?

1) Has he introduced you to his family and friends? Okay, maybe it is not time yet to meet the dad and mom, but how about close friends? Maybe he does not have any, but that is really not very common. Offer to meet him at his workplace sometime. Observe how he feels about you being able to meet the people he works with.
2) Do you have his home phone number? This used to be a positive sign of a married man. A married guy will not give his home phone number to his girlfriend. But when he receives an incoming call on his cellular phone, does he always hang up and say "It was a wrong number?" How often does he tell the person at the other end that he's with you?
3) Have you been to his house? If the answer is no, there is an excellent possibility he is married. Okay, maybe he really does live all the way on the other side of town. Maybe he lives with his mother and father and is ashamed of that. The more plausible explanation for why he will not invite you to his home is that you're in love with a married man.
