Settlers of Catan, is often a game that never may seem to get old. I've played it often and it's still my favorite game. One nice feature of Settlers is that often it's competitive although not an excessive amount of. Unlike games that creates people to grow competitive and mad, Settlers of Catan keeps people engaged and not angry.
Perhaps the most effective reasons for having Settlers would be the way each game is entirely different. Unlike games like Monopoly and Life, the Settlers of Catan board actually changes each time you play. Once you start a whole new game you possibly can follow other possible different board setups shown while in the direction manual, otherwise you can just be your own board, which can be whatever love to do. Naturally, due to the uniqueness from the board, Settlers does take up considerable time to create, but it's of great benefit.
