You must first consider the size of space you have to install the new shower enclosure. And if you want a tub as well you must consider this into the equation. Some bathrooms have enough space for a tub and shower while others will not. If you do not, then you need to decide if you want the shower by itself or if you want to include the tub with it.

You can purchase these enclosures as one piece to make it easier on you but only if you can fit it through the bathroom doorway.
