Visit a day spa. There is probably nothing more relaxing than getting a massage. There are many types of massages that you can try: Swedish, Thai, sports, and therapeutic massages just to name a few. Get yourself some stress relief toys. There are stress balls and games specifically designed to relieve stress. There are many of these types of products that you can store in your office drawer. Just take one out, play with it for a minute or two, and you will feel that most of the stress in your body have disappeared.

Why not go on a vacation? Even if it is just two short days, a break away from your grinding daily life at work should be very much welcomed. Go to a place where you have never been before. Go to the beach, a spa resort, go hiking. Just about anything that can help you take your mind off work. And for this to be effective, never bring anything that will remind you of work.

While there are many more stress-busting activities and products that can help, those mentioned here should be enough to get you started in getting your life back from the havoc caused by stress.
